Your sites page
Plans Free, Pro
The sites page is your home screen. It lists every site that is active in your workspace, in the order you set in Settings, Sites (drag to reorder). Until you set one, it is biggest first (by clicks over the last 28 days), with sites that are still importing last. If some sites are read-locked, a short notice says how many and links to Move a site to Saved or Excluded in Settings → Sites. If you just connected Bing and Bing was too busy to list your sites, a note says they appear within a day (or use Refresh site list in Settings → Sites).
Each row shows
- Clicks, Impressions, CTR and Position for the last 28 days, with the change against the 28 days before. Green means better: more clicks, or a lower (better) position.
- A 90-day sparkline of daily clicks, ending on the same day.
- A status: Importing while your history is being imported (numbers fill in as soon as the first data lands), Ready when the import is done, or Import failed if it stopped. Very large sites show a badge such as Uses 3 slots — very large site, and a paused older-history import shows Older history on Pro (Free) or Older history paused: too many Active sites — move one to Saved or Excluded in Settings → Sites. If an import fails, choose Connect Search Console again to restart it.
The line next to Sites says which day the figures run to, for example “Last 28 days to Oct 4, 2026”. The figures on this page only use final days, so they can end a few days before today. See Preliminary data.
Open a site. Click a row to open its dashboard. It opens on the last 28 days compared with the previous period. See The site dashboard.
Connect Search Console. The button at the top right of the list connects a Google account. You can use it again any time to add more sites. See Getting started.
Read-locked sites. If your plan allows fewer active sites than you have, the extra sites stay in the list with a Read-locked tag and their last numbers, but they do not open. Nothing is deleted. Choose which sites stay active in Settings. See Plans and limits.
Saved and excluded sites do not appear here. They are managed in Settings, under Sites. See Account and settings.
No sites yet? A new workspace with no active sites goes to the guided setup instead. If you skipped it, the list shows “No sites yet”: connect Search Console to import your properties. A Viewer sees only the sites assigned to them (team members); with none assigned the page says no sites have been shared with them yet, without the setup flow or connect buttons (/me org.role, adapted to Me.role).
